Affiliate Program Terms

Overview
By joining the WpopW affiliate program and ticking the consent box at sign-up, you agree to these terms. They keep the program fair for everyone. We may update them from time to time; continued participation means you accept the current version.
Eligibility & your account
Anyone with a free WpopW account can take part. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, country, website/channel and payout information) and for any taxes due on your earnings in your own jurisdiction.
Commissions & tracking
You earn a fixed commission on each paid plan a visitor you referred purchases: $10 on Starter, $20 on Pro and $30 on Agency — and the same amount again on every yearly renewal, for as long as that customer keeps their subscription. Attribution is last-click, via your unique link (?aff=yourcode) or the “Powered by PopVid” badge carrying your code, with a 60-day cookie tracking window.
30-day holding period (Pending balance)
To protect the network against fraud and cover the customer’s 30-day money-back / refund window, every commission stays “Pending” for exactly 30 days from the sale date. If the referred customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback within this window, the related commission is immediately cancelled (reversed) and will not be paid. If the customer keeps the subscription past the 30-day mark without a refund, the commission is approved and moved to your Available Balance for withdrawal.
Payouts & thresholds
Approved commissions are paid once your Available Balance reaches the $100 minimum. Add your payout details (PayPal, Wise or IBAN) in your account panel before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually within 7 to 10 business days of a valid request.
No bidding on our brand keywords
You may NOT run paid search or display ads (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads or any similar network) on our brand terms — including “WpopW”, “PopVid”, “PopVid plugin” and close variants or misspellings — nor bid on them to intercept our organic traffic. If we detect this, your affiliate account will be suspended and any commissions in it (pending or approved) will be forfeited.
No cookie stuffing
You may not force, drop or set your affiliate cookie without a genuine, intentional click by the visitor — for example through hidden iframes, auto-loading pixels, pop-ups or pop-unders. Any commissions generated by such methods are void and the account may be terminated.
No self-referral
You may not use your own affiliate link to buy for yourself or to obtain a discount — including purchasing with a different email address that belongs to you or is under your control. Self-referred orders earn no commission, and repeated attempts may lead to account termination.
Prohibited promotion
Do not misrepresent WpopW, impersonate us, promise unauthorised discounts, use spam (email, comments, messaging), or promote on sites with illegal or infringing content. You are responsible for your promotional channels and content.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close an affiliate account and withhold or reverse commissions for any breach of these terms or suspected fraud. You may leave the program at any time; approved, eligible balances remain payable subject to the $100 minimum.
